OLAB Assist is a web-based GEO analysis service developed and operated by OLASI Works. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data may be processed when you visit olabassist.com, submit a domain for analysis, sign in with Google, or contact us.

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

  • The domain or website address submitted for analysis.
  • Audit results, report scores, findings, and warnings.
  • IP address, browser, device, operating system, date/time, and technical log information.
  • Security, abuse-prevention, and rate-limiting information.
  • Your email address and message content when you contact support.
  • Necessary cookies, session data, and local-storage information.
  • Analytics and measurement data where the required consent has been obtained.

You should not submit special-category personal data through OLAB Assist.

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

  • Perform website and GEO audits.
  • Generate scores, findings, and recommendations.
  • Provide secure Google sign-in and session persistence.
  • Prevent abuse, attacks, and unauthorized use.
  • Provide technical support.

  • Carry out analytics or service-improvement activities where consent is required and has been obtained.

4. LEGAL BASES

Personal data may be processed where necessary to provide a service requested by you, perform a contract or pre-contractual steps, protect the security and integrity of the service through legitimate interests, comply with legal obligations, or where you have provided consent where consent is required.

5. SHARING AND RECIPIENTS

Personal data may be shared, where necessary for the operation of the service, with:

  • Google and Firebase for authentication and account-session services.
  • Cloudflare for hosting, security, traffic management, and Pages Functions.
  • Analytics and measurement providers where the required consent has been obtained.
  • Payment providers when a paid service is purchased.
  • Public authorities or courts where disclosure is legally required.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Google, Firebase, Cloudflare, and similar service providers may process data in countries outside Türkiye or the European Economic Area. Where such transfers occur, we seek to use appropriate legal safeguards in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including the KVKK and GDPR where applicable.

7. DATA RETENTION

  • Account information may be retained until the account is deleted or a legal retention obligation ends.
  • Submitted domain and audit data may be processed for the time necessary to generate and operate the audit service.
  • Technical and security logs may be retained for the period necessary for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
  • Support communications may be retained for the period necessary to resolve the request and manage potential disputes.
  • Billing and payment records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

When the applicable retention period ends, data is deleted, anonymized, or securely destroyed.

OLAB Assist is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us at olasi@olasiworks.com.
